Want to try yoga but don’t want to commit to a series of classes? You’re in luck. Labor Day is Free Yoga Day in DFW – because when you’re not working, you ought to be relaxing, right?
This is the perfect opportunity to give yoga a try, or if you’re already an enthusiast, to experiment with a new style or studio. Classes are offered for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Indra’s Grace in Weatherford is even offering a introductory class for kids ages 8 and up.
